These Terms & Conditions govern your use of xotiktcg.com and all purchases made through the site. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns information.

2. Orders & minimum order value

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. A minimum order value of $100.00 applies before shipping. Orders below this amount cannot be checked out. All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

3. Payment

We accept payment by bank transfer or PayID. After you place an order, please contact our support team at info@xotiktcg.com and we will send your payment details and step-by-step payment instructions. Your order is reserved for you and is confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Shipping

Delivery is a flat rate of $7.95 on every order, Australia-wide, with live tracking. Orders are dispatched from our Perth vault within 24 hours on business days. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details and delivery estimates.

5. Authenticity & returns

Every product is hand-inspected and covered by our 100% authenticity guarantee. If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us and we will replace it or refund it. Sealed, unopened items may be returned within 14 days in original condition. Please review our returns information before ordering.
