Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and your tracking number appears in your confirmation email the moment the parcel leaves the dispatch bay. Metro deliveries typically land in 1–3 business days; regional and remote Australia takes 3–7 days. If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days after the expected delivery window, contact us at info@xotiktcg.com with your order number and we will chase the courier immediately.
